Ever play Monopoly?  Ever dress up a Cabbage Patch Kid?  Is your room decorated with Star Wars figures?  Have you ever built a Gundam kit from Japan? If you’ve done any of these things, Play Fair is for you. Created as a celebration of play for children, parents, families, and fans, Play Fair is for kids and anyone who’s a kid a heart!

Play Fair is filled with toys, games, and all ages entertainment.  There will be interactive exhibits, photo ops, demo areas, behind-the-scenes displays, toy reveals, celebrity guests, show exclusives, and more from dozens of the biggest toy and entertainment brands on the planet!

All attendees four-years-old and up need a ticket to enter Play Fair.  We recommend all children under 18 attend with an adult, and all children under 13 must have an adult with them while attending Play Fair.

Yup! If you’re coming to Play Fair from out of town, we’ve got special rates with a number of local hotels. Grab a room in our hotel block for low rates!

Your Play Fair PDX Kids ticket is valid all 3 days and hours of the show. Adults will have a choice between purchasing a single day Rose City Comic Con ticket or a 3-day weekend pass. Depending on the number of days you plan to come to Play Fair, you will want to purchase the matching Rose City Comic Con badge type for your adults.

Absolutely! Play Fair entourages costumes, dress up, and cosplay.  Please make sure, though, your costume obeys these rules…

  • Costumes must be appropriate to wear in public and must not be obstructive, offensive, or violent
  • Attendees may wear masks; however, masks must not obstruct vision and eyes must be visible at all times
  • Costumes must not contain sharp objects, pointed objects, or materials that may accidentally strike another attendee
  • Costumes should not contain any weapons which resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon

Attendees who do not follow to these guidelines may be required to modify their costumes, refused entry, or asked to leave.

Play Fair will have a Main Stage with cool programming throughout the weekend. The seating in this area will not be cleared. Seats will be available first come first served. Rose City Comic Con also has its own programming schedule that will be announced closer to the show dates. Your Play Fair and Rose City Comic Con badges will give you access to those panels as well.
